"Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door. "

Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly.
What really touched us was the free lift to the Sarandë bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. "There was one problem with the air conditioning in one room which was sorted 24 hours later. Also, the first night there was no running water. But once it was sorted, things were perfect after that. Staff was very good! "
