"We had a hard time finding the hotel using GPS directions. Had to ask police officer. When you get off the bridge go left and first tight into very narrow street and right again and you will see hotel straight ahead with blue columns. If you see parking on the street park. Hotel does not hVe parking. It is street parking. The property is beautiful, very clean, the AC works really well. The breakfast is very good. Lots of beautiful areas to hang out. Easy check in easy check out. Stuff is very nice. They also offer fluit infused water in the lobby. If you are taking tours it is very close to the meeting point. The Maracuya cafe was super super nice. It is 2 min away from the hotel."

"After the el mirador trek I stayed at hotel Santana and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view. The restaurant below was very good also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice. "

"Nice basic and clean mini apartment. Bathroom is cramped and TV does not work well. Your room door opens to a busy street but things quiet down by 11 pm."

"Pictures don’t do this place justice! The courtyard area is stunning and the pool is very clean with some shaded spots to avoid direct sun exposure. There is free drinking water provided also. The beds in the rooms are incredibly luxurious and comfortable - the best we’ve had on our trip in Guatemala so far. Bathroom is very clean as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions. La Isla de Flores is only a 15 min walk away - and the hotel is a 3-5 min drive from the airport via tuk tuk (about 10-15 qtz per person). Cannot recommend this place enough! "

"I paid $314 for 2 night during Easter (high season). It was definitely not worth the amount. The hotel is old and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. The staff was very nice. Be careful how much you pay for this place. "

"2 night stay in Flores, staff were very helpful and helped with bags, our questions and taxi to the airport. We had the very top room with a great view over the water and our own spiral staircase! The town is small so easy to walk around and get everywhere from here. "
