"We are very happy about our stay at the Hari Club Beach Resort and highly recommend this hotel. This is a “Family-style” resort with very clean amenities that gave us a lot of bangs for our buck during our vacation there. The entire staff was helpful and kind. The service they provided always excellent. Agents at the reception desk, waiters, bartenders, cooks and cleaning crew: Everyone was always attentive, ready to fulfill our requests and taking time to converse with us. The entire animation team was a joy to interact with. Always smiling and chatting, asking questions to make sure our stay was nothing but great. The activities offered were fun. We would have liked local music to be played by the pool, but we might not be the norm. We really enjoyed the food. A wide variety of options and very copious, from soups to salads, vegetables, main dishes and desserts. We certainly didn’t go hungry! As non-smokers, we never stayed too long in the lounge area, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces poolside to enjoy the various drinks (and snacks) offered. We had a quiet room, by the beach, which was a great location. The only issue, being far from the main building, was the weak Wi-Fi signal. But for a good signal, a quick walk to the reception area was all that it took. The hotel is well-located, a 10-minute taxi ride from Midoun and the Bourgo Mall, to go shopping. Thank you everyone at the Hari Club! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we go to Djerba again, we will be back!"

"Myself and my friend spent a week here and it completely exceeded our expectations/hopes. The pool is really big and perfect for a good swim around the palm tree garden, with lovely areas to lay on your sunbed - we found a lovely nook where we felt a good amount of privacy. The room was great - nothing extra special, but it had a nice balcony with a good view of the pool and it was lovely and peaceful. Not sure how it will be in full season, but it was very chilled out at the end of March! The other guests were largely slightly older - between 45-75 ish - and it’s not really suitable for young kids due to the pool layout, so it’ll this added to the relaxed feel. The staff were all great - very polite and diligent and some were particularly warm and friendly. The food was pretty spectacular - so much choice of both mains and puddings - quite dangerous really, as you just want to try everything!! Pretty much all the cakes are as good as they look, which is amazing! We didn’t have a hamam, but we had a peek and the steam room looks really gorgeous and traditional, with lots of additional treatments to choose from. The beach was lovely - I had been worried about other reviews mentioning the seaweed - it wasn’t a problem for us, but at other times of year maybe there is more.. Anyway, the sea is not the cleanest I’ve swam in, but it is great for swimming, with a lovely, gradual, sandy floor. Thanks Sentido Djerba Beach - we will be back! "

Our host, Fawzi, made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Definitely the highlight of our trip to Tunisia, and a tranquil corner of paradise in magical Djerba."

"Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues."

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

"Was my honeymoon first night after my wedding and checking i found out my keys room are not working i stayed 1 hours between my door room and reception to fixed but finally they switched my room to other uncomfortable room But its fine it could happen no problems Seconds day i went to the recipient to tell them if they could get me my original room cause it more comfortable the manager Named ANIS he told me you heing waiting for 24h u could wait another's 24h and he talked very bad to me Thats person has no manners I went to the pool to relax with my wife and we found that was a a family from libia they being very aggressive cursing and yelling without respecting other family's 3 different people's talked to them please to keep it quit and went talked to them nicely please stop cursing and yelling i have my wife here and its my honeymoon im trying to relax and have fun They HEAT ME and cursed me In front of stuff managers security I had to book other hotel cause its unsecured hotel and unhelpful stuff Its a shame for a 5 start hotel I will never come back and i dont recommend this hotel everywhere in the world Poor service poor security poor stuff poor management "
