"Very professional and service minded staff at a high end hotell nestled in the hillside. If it's your first time in Atami, most hotells are carved into the hillside. This means the view is great, but walking there, especially with luggage, is VERY challenging!! Take a taxi from the railway station. Our room (villa, open air bath) was really nice.
