"Our room was small but cozy. the property is very clean and organized, and the set-up is good for socializing with other guests. The kitchens have everything you need to cook. The staff is helpful and available. Would stay here again. "

"Friendly service. The host ladies were very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. It’s a local traditional inn so don’t expect hotel style amenities and rooms.
Only complaint was the noise from neighboring room(s): you wouldn’t hear their conversations but their foot steps and door closing. Hope future visitors would learn to be quieter in such an older, traditional Japanese inn. But anyway the host ladies’ warm hospitality compensated for the annoyance. "

"Surprised that tap water wasn’t potable. Only one pitcher of drinking water provided, not enough for four people. "

"Nicely modern decorated , clean but small room. Nice small and clean public bath. Was ok for one night on the way. There's a convenient store just next to the hotel and lots of places around to eat. "

"This is my second visit, during the first visit, I arrived on storm season, it was very convenient to reach Hotel without even the need to open umbrella. This trip, I will need to take trains and bus running around my stops, the local bus office is also just right at first floor of this JR Hotel, foreign travelers can buy one day 2000 yen/ $8 pass. A mega supermarket is just 5 min walking distance. They have very nice in house breakfast, if your schedule is not rushing out on early morning, $12 per person comes with very impressive buffet! "
"In the evening they have a program inside the sauna called aufguss where the staff would play some relaxing music and fanned everybody with a towel, making you sweat a lot. That was fun and I really enjoyed it. There’s also massage chairs and manga in the relaxation room. Oh and free beers and snacks are also available free of charge. "
"Hotel is very strategically located in the heart of Miyazaki City. Many dining and shopping options are in the vicinity. Parking at the hotel is convenient. Hotel hotspring is quite good and includes a cold bath and sauna. But there is no room cleaning included. Daily room cleaning can be ordered at ¥1500 per day. We dispensed with it since they gave us new towels everyday."

"Everything is as expected.
However, they should not Automatically charged additional 150 Yen per person, 3 of us as we did not use it or asked us if we're interested in taking the Hot Springs Facility."
"Pros: the price is quite good, the area is pretty convenient, and the staff is very friendly. Also, I really liked the onsen.
Cons: I wanted to change my dates because a Typhoon was coming the same dates of my traveling and they refused, so I would not recommend this place for this reason. Also the onsen floor was very dirty which is a shame as the onsen itself is pretty nice and looks like recently renewed.
Also the staff did not speak english at all, but we communicated with an app, which it worked and I got my check in fast, but if you want to have a conversation I dont think is possible but they would really try to understand and help.
