This time the service at the small Hotel Pool was bad, and after in the first time not to get a table at Lunch, we waited 50 min for the food.

"Really nicely decorated, charming Italian hotel. The staff and especially the ladies at reception are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with fresh pastries, cakes, eggs cooked on order. Really nice setting and a great base to discover the region, free parking is a big plus too. Absolutely recommend this hotel."

The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast options were excellent, a great range of fresh food available. "This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel. "
