Heureusement avec l'aide de la gentille dame à l'accueil, elle a fait tout ce qu'elle a pu afin de nous transférer dans une chambre climatisé où on a pu passer...

All the necessities were there and it was very comfortable.
One small thing is that we needed to ask for extra cleaning and this at a cost. We hade wished that cleaning would had been included as we stayed for 5 nights.
Other than that, we were very pleased with this hotel."
