Eliza greeted us and communicated with us through the hotels.com app. She told us about the area, recommend dinner places, and sightseeing. Beds are a bit hard and the bathroom was located across the hall, which was a bit inconvenient. It also gets quite noisy with the busy road just outside. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is average, but there is a good selection of salads. The rooms are small but clean. "The property is beautiful, brand new and artfully crafted. The staff are attentive and accommodating, friendly and gracious. The real highlight though was breakfast, the owner is a pastry chef and he displays his talents each morning with gorgeous croissants, tarts, Madeline’s, breakfast sandwiches and an artful granola bar. It was such a treat to wake up to the smell of fresh baking pastries each morning. We loved the town and area and having a modern and comfortable hotel to come home to after hiking all day was incredible."
