"Functional and comfortable hotel in the absolute center of the city. Only problem was the power failure when we arrived: front doors didn't work so it was hard to get in, and elevators were of course also out of order. Great that there were a couple of strong young gentlemen (staff members) who could help get our suitcases up to the third floor."
