The room was very beautiful along with the views from our windows. The staff was so accommodating, my husband had a problem with his bicycle and they had someone there to help him. "This hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe.
The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries. "
"This property was amazing. Rey modern with every convenience. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, even when I was trying my rudimentary Italian. The breakfast was the best I had at a hotel on my 10 day trip throughout Italy. There is some paid street parking which was a little difficult. I chose to pay for a spot at the train station parking garage right across the street, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay again. "

The spa was amazing for a moment to wind down and relax, and drinks by the pool were lovely.
