"I have a problem with how to rate this stay.
We arrived at the place, we didn't find any instructions where the key was, what to do, etc.
It turned out that the owner did not know about our arrival. We ordered through the booking service, according to the description on the website, something different than, as the host told us, he usually offers. I had the impression that the host was trying to help us, but I was dumbfounded, because for the first time it turned out that I ordered something...

"La stanza era indubbiamente carina, ma l'unico punto luce sul comodino aveva la lampadina fulminata, la televisione non riceveva alcun canale, il radiatore a parte emetteva continuo rumori dovuti vorse alla sua dolatazione, in bagno c'era sin dall'arrivo un persistente odore sgradevole divuto sicuramente a reflusso di miasmi della fogna. Poi, per il borgo in cui si trova La strutture, il prezzo pagato è veramente eccessivo. Colazione banale, al bar."

"The beaches are quite nice (not many waves but also not too deep which is good for kids but can be a bit boring for adults - eg up to the rocks my 5 year old child could stand without having her head under water). With polarised sunglasses I saw a reasonable amount of fish every time I walked to the rocks in the sea.
The food is a buffet and passable but there are nicer restaurants close by to rather go to. The breakfast was very poor, no fruit or eggs. Only water or pineapple juice for cold...

"We were here in Feb 2017, so a lot of places were closed. We walked the seaside and ate one dinner at the Il Sistema (walk across the road and toward Pescara (it was very good. Other times we drove to town. Also there is a big shopping center - Iper where you can find anything. Town and Iper are both about a 5 min drive. Also nice the Calachiara has off street parking. Anna and her mom were very gracious and th breakfast boasted regional pastries. We would come back again, but probably in the...

"The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, has amazing views and is in a unique location, complete with it's own Roman ruins. The staff members are fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Loved our stay and look forward to returning so we can fit a wine tasting in!"

"Marco and Isabella’s mansion, over 100 years old, is now a small museum where you can truly experience the charm of a traditional Italian home.
It was the most memorable accommodation during our 12-day trip to Italy.
Isabella, with her beautiful smile, and Marco, who reminds me of Marlon Brando—
Thank you both for your warm hospitality.
You’ve added a wonderful memory to our journey!"

"There is much to love about Marina. Check in was a breeze, room temperature was perfect, and we slept better than we have in a long time. The cherry on the cake was breakfast. Everything was simple but it works."

"Excellent option if you need to stop going from the north of Italy to the south. The hotel is run by an Argentinean family and their “asado” is great. They really make you feel at home. Access to the beach is excellent and the water is so clear."
"Very nice property, excellent stay. We enjoyed the private beach and pool. And town is a short 15 minute walk along the bike/walking path on the shoreline. Great area, great hotel, and enjoyed our stay. "
"This hotel is new and very comfortable. Convenient to the train and bus stop. The breakfast included had a lot to choose from and all very good. We enjoyed our stay. "
"A lovely hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful. Good facilities and very nice breakfast. The centre of Pineto is a 10-15 minute easy walk and should not be missed.."
"Great location. Had a concert in the square below so was a bit noisy for awhile but it was a Saturday night. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and the lounge area was excellent Great view from our room"
"Hotel lot didn’t have parking, so owner gave us still street parking spot. Spacious room with balcony (only 1 chair). Bed lulled in middle. Outlets only on 1 side of bed. Quiet area (didn’t hear cars or foot traffic). 2 blocks to beach & hotel has a designated area with chairs/umbrellas."
"What a fantastic stay! The villa was a hidden gem — incredible value for money. We stayed 14 night for a tournament in June . The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She has little English but Google translate came in handy every day . The lady of the house recommended restaurant to eat in at night time .. Breakfast was simple with tea and toast, and Villa had a relaxed vibe. The pool was a real highlight — crystal clear and beautifully maintained — and the grounds were stunning and peaceful. A perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bace that's relaxing and that won’t break the bank! car is needed to get around . "
"The room and amenities no clean sheets towels for 10 days. Never cleaned the room until 10 days. I was absolutely appalled by the Treatment at the Place. I asked for a bed and breakfast
You got me a room with a kitchen and a balcony for a little old lady. All I was staying at a different hotel which I ask for you to let me continue to stay there and you said there was no room so I then asked you to book me a place which you did And then I found out I could’ve stayed in the same Motel that I’d already been in This Cost twice as much money, no breakfast just just awful "
"We stayed in Pescara for one night on our way to a wedding. The hotel was clean and convenient. We loved the area - great beach and lots of restaurants. "
"The front desk staff (Alessamdna, Leo and Susana) are really nice and helpful, made me feel very welcome, beautiful beach and a stunning, super clean swimming pool. "
"No towels, no toiler paper, insdequate bed linens( we were cold and not enough blankets. Parking as very far from the rental. It did appear clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It was inexpensive. But I would not recommend it."
"Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfactory. The hotel didn’t have air conditioning, pool was drained, internet was down, and the weather was hot. The hotel is surrounded by a very, very busy and noisy road; we had to keep the windows open to cool the room and the road noise was awful and bugs came into our room. The hotel was sparsely staffed and breakfast was not good (this was the 6th hotel we’ve stayed at on our road trip). The rooms were clean and the limited staff members were all nice and apologetic for the problems."
"It was a one night stay on our way to Bologna. Place was very clean and the receptionist was very kind but NO COFFEE again in the room. Or easy access to get a coffee. FULL BREAKFAST was very well done, however.
Also, the location is very very difficult to find especially after dark - not enough lights around and we were there end of October. Restaurant was closed and again - there was absolutely nothing around in October without having to get into the car - it would have been so stressful to have to find our way back. "
"The hotel is lovely and very clean and the staff including Franco who was extremely friendly and accommodating, and Chef Marco whose homemade pastas were so delicious. We had a beautiful terrace which overlooked beautiful scenery. On Sunday morning, we were serenaded with a cacophony of church bells ringing simultaneously. It was simply beautiful. Although my tastes are more modern, for those who appreciate antiques and old world ambiance, Grande Albergo Is perfect. "
