From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff at the resort are completely devoted to your every need. They truly go above and beyond. In fact other hotels should send their staff members to the recort to get trained on what good hospitality really looks like. You feel like a member of the family at the recort but in a luxurious setting. The room was spacious and well planned out. The food was an absolutely phenomenal. The wine list was extensive. The breakfasts were out of this world. The spa area was so very relaxing. My words don’t do this hotel justice. You just have to make the trek there to believe me. It is well worth the journey. "

His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His suggestion of hiking trails put us on the best hike that we have ever done. "8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words.
