"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot. "We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too.
Our waitress at breakfast Selma was attentive and welcoming, the cappuccinos were absolutely lovely.
The room had a minibar - we used this fridge to keep our own drinks cool. There were no drink facilities in the room but we knew to expect.this.
The breakfast was constantly good, although had no rotation we appreciated this. There were excellent alternative milk options and lactose / gluten free options. "
