"This is a small quaint hotel, a little remote to walk to restaurants in the village. When I arrived at 3:00 I had to wait for reception to open. No one was there. Check in was not very welcoming. However, later, they were more friendly.

And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes.

"It was a very nice and updated location; the staff was very nice even though I was coming in late due to a rental car issue. Most rental car companies do not rent without a international driver's license now. It is further from the beaches but you can rent a boat or get on a tour at Arbatax. "
