"We loved our stay here, it was not in the heart of Venice but still on the water. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. They arranged transportation for us as well. Highly recommend. "
"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. Everyone at the hotel was helpful giving recommendations, including the pizza takeout across the street that was a delicious & inexpensive dinner. We saw many people struggling with luggage on the island, and we repeatedly said thank goodness we didn’t stay there. We loved our stay & highly recommended this location."

"Excellent location! Wow! Right in a private alleyway with restaurants and across from the grand canal. Ideally located near the train station and vaparetto. Room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety and exceptional cafe/cappuccino. Friendly staff. Lydia at front desk and breakfast staff were lovely. Only 1 downside. Shower drain would not drain. Overflowed even with minimum water and turning it off as we soaped etc.
