"Room was small and rather warm (no aircon), but very clean and comfortable. Looks like it's recently been refurbished and had limited amenities but bedding and towels were clean and luxurious. Room was also surprisingly quiet considering it's in the heart of Temple Bar. All in all, very good value for money and I would definitely use again - ideal for a one or two night stay."

"Worst decision ever to go with this stay.
- lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors.
- no trash bin, tooth brush
- the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by
- my room door does not lock
- 0 soundproof walls and windows. Is so noisy at night until 11pm+

"Lovely hotel, great location for those wanting a more reserved and relaxed experience. Bedroom was clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing — and so was the view from Killiney/Dalkey hill just behind the hotel, so don’t skip that.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful as well, would definitely come back!"

"Great quiet spot out of the way from a lot of the chaos. The hotel is under renovations, but it doesn’t interrupt much. There’s a pub if you wanna drink with old Irish men all night lol"

Amazing city, can't wait to visit again! You don't feel like you have to be hyper-vigilant about not getting robbed like you do in other big European cities. The people are just so friendly, and the museums and dining options are just wonderful!

Dublin is an incredible city with lots of history. It's beautiful and very walkable. Lots to do and lots of places to drink. My Guinness at the Storehouse was the best I've ever had. My only complaint is that I found driving difficult there.

Dublin is vibrant and diverse without feeling too crowded, however it's also worth visiting Howth, which you can get to using the DART going around the bay - it's a beautiful coastal peninsula with views back to Dublin as well as out to sea.

I had no idea until this visit what an incredibly separate and unique culture Ireland offers. Take the time to really go through the tour opportunities at the Irish Emigration Museum and others to learn about what makes the Irish distinctive

Dublin is a wonderful city, full of party vibes and lots to do. We have been there twice and don't think this was our last visit. Beer, Whiskey, Temple Bar, Castles, Palaces, Gardens, etc are all worth it and food portions are also good.
"Location perfect within walking distance of everything. Saturday can be noisy due to the crowd at temple bar. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are too, the staffs were polite helpful and welcoming.
Decor and ambience of the hotel is very nice, nice bar area and a small courtyard. Comfy beds with good blackout curtains. TV is smart but does not have apps. Great size rooms we were very comfortable and had very good night sleeps."
"The location is perfect if you are wanting to explore Temple Bar! You can definitely hear people partying pretty late but that didn’t bother us, it comes with the location. The room is also quite small but my partner and I are both on the smaller side so we were good with that too. In addition, the staff was absolutely amazing and you had to scan your card to get to the floor your room was on so we definitely felt very safe (Dublin itself felt really safe to us in general). I had the best sleep of the trip at this hotel due to the fresh linens, air conditioned room and comfy mattress - plus we were able to login to my Netflix on the tv which just helped us wind down at the end of the day."
"Our hotel stay was pleasant, but the hotel could use some updates and provide USB ports as there were none available in our room…bring UK adapters. Additionally, the parking is limited and can pose a challenge if arriving later in the evening. We stayed at the Clayton because it was close to our rental car drop-off location. The hotel restaurant was an excellent last meal before departing for our trip home. "
"Beautifully appointed hotel, close to all things. Warm welcome, clean rooms, and lots of amenities. They also have a washer and dryer downstairs ($10 euro wash, $8 euro dry), which helped us. Eco friendly rooms. Definitely recommend."
"This was my second stay here and I will keep coming back. The hotel is super clean with comfy beds, and really nice, helpful staff. I love that you can make yourself tea or coffee in the galley on each floor. I like the low key area that is extremely walkable. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. "
"FIRST, I want to give my praise to the staff; as a past FOM and Ops. Dir. For 20 yrs in a downtown Montreal Hotel as busy as this one, OH BOY, what an awesome team at the FD, bar/dinning and hskpg, so genuinely welcoming and hardworking. Chloe at the FD was a ray of sunshine along with her colleagues! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, 12 min walking in either direction for the landmarks and Temple Bar, (they are some amazing bars close by as well and restaurants that are a little cheaper) QUIET, well appointed rooms, great amenities, little extras that makes one feel special :D CLEAN, small room as we knew but everything was extremely well thought out, good size shower even for TALL people only downfall was the bed which could have been more comfy as both beds were curved. The BRFST was super yummy and started is for the day. My brother and I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!! :D :D :D"
"The hotel is in a perfect location and they offer a big discount on the parking garage attached too. Walkable location to all the major points of interest. The hotel is modern and the breakfast is definitely worth it!!"
"We recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t have had a lovelier stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time so they allowed us to store our bags. When we checked in a member of the team walked us to our room and explained everything about the hotel. The cleaners were lovely and always checked if we needed anything specific for our room. Would definitely recommend. "
"Fantastic choice we made. I would highly recommend this hotel. They have most courteous hotel staff . They are extremely responsive and helpful. Location is just perfect. Breakfast was amazing. You will not regret staying at this w."
"We stopped for 4 nights recently and found the Zanzibar Locke to be a fantastic place stay. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We had a twin room on the first floor (room 1.16) and it was spacious and modern with a small fitted kitchen with cooking facilities,fridge,microwave/oven and washing machine. The bathroom was modern and spacious. It is right next to the famous Halfpenny Bridge which leads straight into the Tempke Bar area. There are plenty of dining, bars and shops nearby."
"Budget friendly hotel in Dublin.
Clean rooms. Maybe a little on the small side but who’s spending their holiday IN the hotel?
A breakfast option would have made it even better."
"Such a fun place to stay! We enjoyed the historic site and the information about the hotel that was in the room. The bar and restaurant downstairs was very convenient."
"Comfort ,convenience and location made this hotel a great choice for a night in Dublin.Extremely comfortable room will all mod cons,Luas transport on doorstep of hotel to take you a to the city in less than ten minutes .The staff were also very friendly, efficient and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel."
"Receptionist very helpful

Very nice to daughter to help celebrating

"The hotel is ideally situated near a very active area with restaurants, pubs, shops nearby, yet it was still quiet and an island of calm in the midst of the activity on the street. Rooms and baths were well appointed, the bed was comfortable. "
