The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. Almost all of famous places are in walking distance and there are lots of markets, cafes, restaurants near the hotel.
Also, the hotel welcome us very kindly. I booked this hotel on the day when we arrived in Zagreb, but they respond very quickly and kindly.

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was situated near many areas for tourists such as parks, the main square, the church (unfortunately under construction). The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was very clean, i had a great view out the window. The only negative (not for me) is the tram runs right alongside the building. They provide earplugs in the room, so dont freak out unless you didnt do your research. It wasnt that loud and i slept fine without the earplugs. Another bonus was the AC was pretty decent (cold) which during the summer in this region is not common. I would absolutely come back here!"

She provided us information and made our stay in Zagreb very easy to navigate. The men in the hotel were so great with our car parking and also luggage. "Great place to stay for solo travelers on a budget. The 8-person dorm is very spacious. There’s plenty of room to spread out your belongings, and you don’t feel like you’re bumping into other travelers all the time. Showers and bathroom facilities are all very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have a late flight or bus in the evening after checkout the staff all you back into the hostel during the day to use the shower, kitchen, etc. The fridge in the kitchen is packed, so don’t expect to keep much there - but with so much good food around the area that isn’t so much of a problem. Definitely better than most budget motels in the US."
