"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"The property itself is cute and it is located in a very good Place in the old town right on the edge it is older but well-maintained. The only downside to this property is you have to pay a lot for parking and at night it can be very busy cause just blow your window is a restaurant bar that can be noisy sometimes"

"Staff Marin responded fast, act fast and very helpful. Location is excellent. Car is not allowed in old town, Marin guided me to the parking lot, he transported us and our luggage with a mobility cart to hotel. Breakfast is good quality. "

"Lovely hotel, in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Rovinj. We walked into town each evening (20-25 mins) and got a taxi back. The beach is a five minute walk away, but you can walk for ages in either direction and find lovely spots to sunbathe.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. The breakfast each morning was brilliant - lots of variety, freshly cooked pastries, fresh fruit - different each day.
The staff team is excellent. Always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and always a friendly smile. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

"A clean and well-kept complex. We had the top studio apartment and it more than met our needs for a five-night stay. Beautiful view from the unit and timely communication from the owner. Be prepared to climb stairs inside and outside but that's the old town area and the staircase inside this complex is modern. "This is an exceptional hotel on every level. It is beautiful and in the centre of the old town, with easy access to the water, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and attractions.
The room I had exceeded all expectations - the views, the decor, the AC (!) the wonderful bed, shower, etc. were, along with the tiny details, faultless.
The staff were exceptional. From the guys who drove me to and from the taxi, who carried my case, to everyone on reception who ordered a cab to the airport, gifted me wine, and because I would miss breakfast, packed lunch for me! This is real hospitality!

"the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment since the directions on my phone were vague. the apartment was very comfortable with a full kitchen. the was a small washing machine. although there was no dryer, there was a closed courtyard where we hung the laundry to dry. "We stayed at Alla Pescheria in Rovinj from Nov.19-20. The town was quiet during our visit, with many shops were closed, and the weather was rainy but mild. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. They also arranged timely transportation for us when departing for Ljubljana. Be aware of the challenging stairs if you have large luggages. Overall, a pleasant and well-organized stay!"
