"Cute little boutique hotel off the beaten path. Very quiet with safe private parking under the trees. Free Breakfast was decent. Very central to town but a bit further away and dark if you want to walk. Was hard to find from the directions so a staff member came to pick us up. No reception desk but staff on call. Enjoyed the nice bedding and showers. Could have used a little more circulation as they had central heating / cooling and it wasn’t strong enough for me. Close to the hot springs… they...

The owner was very friendly and courteous both when we arrived and on departure. The photos i saw when booking it dont do it justice - it is much nicer.
As well all the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was superb.

Road goes to Pozar Baths attraction but was not busy in July and would not seem likely to generate any noise complaints. The small historical neighbourhood is majestic and so peaceful.
The staff at Kokkino Spiti went above and beyond. Very friendly, welcoming and professional.
They treated us so well, they made sure we were comfortable and treated my 90 year old father with such kindness.
The breakfast was great, we were treated to the local olives, jams, fresh bread and local yogurt and honey.
