"Our room was big enough for 6 ppl even tho we were 3 this was really nice.. a cupple things went wrong but they instantly sent up janitor and it all got fixed. Friendly and helpfull staff. quiet nights sleep. Thanks and we will deffy try to book this if free next trip."

"We enjoy coming to Arundel for the China Palace restaurant and this is our preferred hotel. They have been steadily improving and upgrading the hotel without spoiling its charm. Lovely place to stay and recommend it for a visit to Arundel."

"A pleasant pub/restaurant with rooms. Good location within walking distance of Arundel. We walked the field tracks behind the hotel but there is a pavement along the A27 as well.
The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and everything you need. The food in the restaurant/bar was good.
The only drawback was that the WI-FI did not work in our room but we were able to either go outside or into the bar to get coverage.

"Lovely pub and hotel. We walked here from the train station and didn't realise it would take that long. It took about 20/25 minutes to get to the city centre from the hotel. The rooms are lovely and the shower was great. The room sies get hot at night but there was a fan in the room. I would stay again but would cab it to and from."

"When we checked in Nancy and Rachel greeted us with warmth and kindness. We loved the atmosphere… probably not for everyone but we freakin loved it. Was one of the most memorable and fun hotels we’ve ever visited.. and we traveled quite a bit as I’m retired from major airline.

For breakfast, there was a wide range of options to choose from. The location is ideal close to restaurants the Sea life aquarium and Brighton Pier. "The location is absolutely superb very central near the beach near the shops. They had everything going on. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and checking in very easy inconvenient with a great create your own key card option.
The room was fantastic. We had a deluxe family room with plenty of space comfortable beds. The only criticism would be that there is very little storage just a tiny little alcove space and space to hang clothes. There’s so much space in the room. It seemed a little bit strange not to have included Storage options. "

Unfortunately the windows could only be partly opened due to security cables. Only a duvet was provided but far too warm for use. A sheet would have been good but not provided. A fan was provided but not that useful. So overall sleep difficult. "
