"We had a lovely stay at Driftwood B&B. From the moment we arrived, Peter, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome. He kindly allowed us to check in early as the room was already available, which was a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey.
The room itself was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a newly refurbished bathroom that looked great and felt very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of tea and coffee sachets, which added a nice touch.
Breakfast was simple but just right, with a good variety to choose from—including cereal, Weetabix, porridge, toast, fruit, butter, jam, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Everything was fresh and well presented.
Overall, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. I would happily recommend Driftwood B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay. We’d definitely return!"

"I had a lovely stay. The owners/staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Even though it’s connected to a pub you couldn’t hear a thing. The bed was comfy and the ensuite bathroom was gorgeous The only negatives are, I couldn’t leave my window open as there was an easily accessible large ledge right outside and the window could be opened fully from the outside if left open so I didn’t feel safe to leave open. The parking is a small walk (2 mins) and you have to park in a loading bay to check in and then get the parking permit which wasn’t fully explained when I booked. I would definitely stay here again. Room with fridge, tea and coffe and tv, comfortable bed with sheet as well as duvet which was welcomed, and had fan in room. Brilliantly located, 0.2 miles from the beach, right beside the harbour with any shop or restaurant you could possibly want for along the neighbouring streets. Small bags of toiletries left on towels. Good selection of drinks at the bar, elite music taste being played on speakers throughout the day/evening. Bathroom freshly renovated and modern with shower cubicle. The pictures in the listing were taken before renovation and doesn't do the justice. I was impressed with the room. Parking at the back of the property tight but available. Pool table, darts and evening entertainment in the basement. Pleasant stay just staff running around and hard to find in the reception. "We stayed in Room 22. Grrat views of the beach and Weymouth Bay. Check in was easy. There is no reception, you ring the bell or call the number posted on the door. We were met by Dean who checked us in. The room is up 2 flights of stairs and was warm, but after opening the windows, it cooled down. There were no fans, but my portable fan did help at night. A full, hot, made-to-order beakfast was included. The property faces the main street did get noisy with traffic in the morning, more so on Friday than Saturday. We would stay there again."
