"Great stay. Only thing to point out is that parking is not free it is £10 for 24 hours and you will need to pay each tome you leave the premises. 1st hour is free. Also expect a tourist charge of £2.40per day on top of your bill. Really nice breakfast included so many choices of breakfast foods. Also there was snacks left in the room with no clear information on whether they were free. No price list so we didnt touch anything."
"This is an extraordinary place to stay in the vibrant city of Liverpool. It stands out as the finest hotel I have ever experienced. The staff is incredibly attentive, always ready to cater to your needs with a warm smile. The rooms are immaculate, boasting stylish decor and every comfort imaginable, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. To top it off, the spa is simply sublime, offering a perfect retreat to unwind and rejuvenate. Every moment spent here feels like a delightful escape! "Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm.
This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work.
Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."
"We stayed in the Ambassador suite which was perfect for our family of four. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, including the two queen size sofa beds. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our twins have complex additional support needs and staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly for them. We used the swimming pool and the disabled changing room was great. Parking was great too. Complimentary water, drinks and snacks in the room too. A great stay. We’ll definitely use this hotel again. "
"Room was lovely and bright ,needs a bit of updating regarding flooring and some of the wallpaper . Bed was really comfy and looked clean slept well, considering it’s used for stag and Hen stay was quite . Breakfast was really nice thank you for really pork sausages and the staff really friendly ."
"Fantastic hotel the staff are helpful and friendly it is beautifully decorated and comfortable I have stayed there a few times now and the service you receive is consistent I can’t praise the staff enough for their care of the guests.
The only very minor issue I had was some dust on the floor of the wardrobe that I accidentally dropped my top onto and it got dusty.
The breakfast is absolutely delicious especially the eggs Benedict. There is a plenty of choice and excellent service."
"1st time in Liverpool & loved this hotel which was recommended by friends. Would definitely use & recommend Hard days night as it is in an excellent location for the whole of the city amenities "

"Had a great stay. Kids loved the pool. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms was perfect for our stay and bonus with free parking which there is plenty of. Would definitely stay again "
"Room was spacious and comfortable. I did not use the bar or restaurant on this visit but the hotel had a very relaxed laidback feel and I would definitely stay again. "
"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."
"Place was very clean and had to contact staff as i was unsure how to confirm booking ect max the guy on the phone was veey helpful and understanding perfect customer service "

"Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep."
"Really enjoyed our stay at Red Radisson. Comfortable room and all the amenities that you need. Fantastic customer service by the staff. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. "
"Lovely staff. Very friendly and go out of their way to help. Building itself really nice. Room fantastic. Really comfy bed. Gorgeous shower. I would have liked conditioner in the shower though."
"Excellent stay. Great location to access the city Centre, Albert Dock.Arena and Convention Centre. Felt safe and secure. Staff throughout my stay were welcoming and helpful on hand to answer any questions.

"Both Malmaison Glasgow and Liverpool have an excellent bar program. BTG offerings are well-chosen and well-priced. Beds in both locations excellent too."
"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and our room was excellent. Bar/restaurant area was really nice and the lady serving at the bar was really lovely. We will definitely stay again. Ate at the restaurant called Amni across the road and it was excellent. Loads of choice of lovely restaurants nearby and main shopping area just round the corner made it a brilliant location."
