"What a beautiful place this is! Absolutely amazing scenery. Quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is included and we were expecting a cold buffet. Oh no, full English or really, whatever you wanted. We went for poached eggs on toast and they were perfect. I would certainly recommend this beautiful little part of Cheshire. "

"A 2 night stay for work, this was a central location and worked well.
Sadly the air con was not working and the room had no opening windows. A fan was supplied, but still quite stuffy in the room
Bar service was a bit slow, but food was delicious.

"Very clean hotel, breakfast was very good. It was a very busy service, so the hot food was always fresh, the staff were friendly, cheerful and efficient, despite being clearly very busy. We checked in late at night and the woman on the desk was very cheerful and helpful. Another member of staff helped me to book a taxi back to the airport train station. The only thing about this hotel, is that it is not the Holiday Inn at the airport - it is a taxi ride away or a half hour walk, if you can cope for that far with kids and luggage. We took a taxi from the other Holiday Inn to this one. That was also cheaper, as there is a surcharge for getting a taxi pick up at the airport - so walk somewhere else to get the taxi and book it yourself!"

"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."
