"Nice rooms, Nice service.
We booked a babybed and a parkingspace, and everything was there.
There was a “livingroom” where we could Eat Our lunch. The pool was Nice, and we had it to our selve every time. "

"Very friendly reception and the room and hotel was spotless. Didn’t use the restaurant as went out for good but it did look good. Would definitely recommend "

"The hotel is a charm, a bit tricky to reach by car but very nice inside the old city walls. There was a guy in a leather jacket hanging around in the reception and in the breakfast area that was a bit creepy… otherwise nice and charming with a creepy floor 😁"

"We were not aware that the facility is meant for longer stays and that we had to sort out everything including towels, linens, soaps, cleaning materials... The kitchen/dining were poorly equipped. Knowing these facts, I would have chosen another property even though the price was low."

"Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town "

"We expected more from an 4 star hotel than this- beds were too short- plastic covers on the beds made it extremely moist and uncomfortable to sleep. And in general the rooms needs an upgrade- barhrooms were nice"

"A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops.
We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

"Excellent location with all the necessary hotel conveniences. Our room was fresh and clean and accessible with a little one. There is a spa pool…make reservations and enjoy."

"A little on the outside of town but the staff could not be more helpful and friendly even with limited English. Girl at front desk told us about a must see castle ten minutes away that we were glad we saw before leaving town. "

"A pleasant family hotel in a good location in the town, but the rooms are in dire need of an update. We had a decent size triple room with view over the parking and entrance. Beds were comfortable enough, but there was carpet in the bathroom (like from the 90s) and no shower curtain to keep the water contained. We did not have the hotel breakfast but chose to eat at a café by the slopes. Positives: The women at the front desk was very nice, parking is included, lots of restaurants within walking...

"Our stay wasn’t planned but the result of sudden debilitation on the part of my husband who needed more comfort than our small campervan could provide. We certainly found a high level of comfort - beds, hotel amenities generally - as well as the most sympathetic and helpful reception imaginable. The breakfast buffet deserves its award: great variety and high quality. The patronne and her staff were attentive and quickly made us feel at home. Altogether a lovely ambiance for any kind of stay. ...

"We were there on the final day of the season in the Summer so it is now closed until December. They were down scaling so a lot of the food was finished which is understandable. Other than that a beautiful drive up the Alps in stunning weather so no complaints. Thank you. "

"We loved the location and the old rustic feel of this accommodation. The staff were extremely friendly and we found everything we needed. "
