"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed with 3 children and the family deluxe suite was perfect for 2 older kids and a 3 year old. The property is spectacular and so was the drive there!"

We had to drive round the Hotel a couple of times, as there were no spaces (for 15mins), whilst we checked. Parking in the garage was very well organised with a reserved parking space for us. Staff were very helpful. Had a lovely stay and Colmar is just stunning "

"This property was perfectly located on a lovely park within a short walking distance of the town center. It was a very cool and modern building. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed with Dyson hair dryers, etc. The service team at the front desk and in the restaurant were very good. The dinner restaurant at the property has 2 Michelin stars which may be a bit extravagant for many but the city center is very close for other dining alternatives. "

The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. "This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. Itâs a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a âthank youâ to the front desk and âPaulâ especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didnât quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "
