"So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them⊠there is no difference between them besides the cost.
The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said theyâre nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift!
I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...

"Die Fassade des Hotels ist hĂŒbsch. ParkplĂ€tze sind vor der TĂŒr vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein und sehr abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung wirkt wie aus den 60er und 70er Jahren. Das Preis u. LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis steht in keinem VerhĂ€ltnis. Ăberall Warnhinweise ĂŒber StrafgebĂŒhren fĂŒr alles Mögliche. Wirklich recht unsympathisch. Zugute halten muss man dem Hotel aber, das das Zimmer sauber ist. Empfehlen kann ich es aber nicht. Man kann durchaus mal eine Nacht dort bleiben, aber lĂ€nger...

"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"We were very positively surprised - all the more that we had no precise expectations.
The hotel is furnished with a lot of taste and we enjoyed friendly moments with Paola the owner her 2 little princesses and her brother in law Yuri in charge of many things!"
