"Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean apart from a few stains in bathroom sink. This hotel was perfect for a quick stay and not spending much time in the room. I was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I don’t think you can go there expecting the Four Seasons. I was cery pleasantly surprised. "

"Stay at this hotel was absolutely the best from the time of arrival and the handling of storing luggage to the time of departure everything was perfect. Staff was always helpful. Condition of the hotel was great. Location maybe a minute and 1/2 from the metro. Great food nearby. y. We'll definitely stay there again. Air conditioning worked great which was not true for some other hotels we stayed at in France."

"The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. I assumed maybe she was one of the Wednesday delivery people. However, when the regular guy I’d seen throughout my mornings was off, she was the one remaining. I had an early travel to Disneyland Paris and by choice hadn’t had my room restocked the time I’d been there, so I was taking my tea up to my room. The lady slammed the phone on the wall down, put up her hand, and yelled, “NO!” You would’ve thought I was smuggling something bad or a criminal. She was sooo rude. She could’ve just politely let me know I wasn’t allowed to take tea up to my room, but she didn’t. I don’t know if she was a deliverer, an owner, or what… but this lady needs a crash course in working with people if they are going to put her around them. Wish I caught her name… black lady, short hair, morning of 7/30."

"Good distance from all the landmarks in Paris and has a nice cafe as well as a good rooftop bar with a great view of the Eiffel Tower "

"Very nice surprise staying at this hotel in the 15th arrondissement. Amazing pool and sauna, as well as a small gym. Room was nice and large. Quiet area at night. The best part was the breakfast buffet!"

"The hotel is classy in many ways, they have sitting areas inside and some out in front of the hotel where you can sip a drink and peope watch. The breakfast was not included but very good. The only negative is the size of the room. It was tiny, but had everything we needed. Overal we would stay there again anyway. Helpful staff, especially Arsene and Valerie at the front desk.
