L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais il y a un bus, le C, juste à côté, qui vous emmène gratuitement dans le centre-ville. Si on aime un peu grimper, on peut même y aller à pied.
Par rapport à l'environnement, l'hôtel est en retrait, protégé par de la verdure. On n'entend pas les voitures.

"This newish hotel is located at the edge of Rodez, in a newer suburban area. The room was large with a very nice bathroom.
Staff welcome could have been better, but the staff the next day was quite helpful and listened to our feedback.
My main issue is that in this lovely location there is limited food service, and they were unwilling to serve us in the serene courtyard.
OTOH, there is a fantastic brasserie quite close by (walkable) which worked for dinner"

The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "

The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it!
The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and cutting my elbow. This situation is not helped by the absence of lighting on the first floor- the light switch is across the corridor and can't be seen or accessed from the lift.
The receptionist on Sunday morning was more receptive to the idea that this was a dangerous condition and understood why there was blood on the sheets.
The room was adequate with an acceptable shower and bed.
