"Cozy hotel in the small town of Landry. Close to the slopes but you'll need to take the shuttle or train to Paisey or Bourg St Maurice.
Very good restaurant downstairs so you don't have to leave for dinner after a long ski day. The foie gras was fantastic.
The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is no one is there to help you with the bags if you decided to try and travel without a car.

"Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities
Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming. "

"Me and my family had a great time in this only. Yes, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and always helpful.
The only downsides are thin walls, busy road and hard beds & pillows."

"We have just returned from a week at Hotel D’Olonne (or should I say Chateau D’Olonne). We were excited before arrival, and we were not disappointed.
The hotel and its staff ensured a safe, welcoming and comfortable stay. Special shout out to Gloria who ran the reception like a boss.
Super food in the atmospheric restaurant (think medieval banquet), and the best Aperol Spritz.
Perfectly positioned to the main cable car and boot hire, and a 15 min scenic walk into the centre of...

"Whilst I'm loathe to say anything bad as the owners are lovely and were very helpful to print off my insirance details for me: it is a beautiful historic building and the meal I had there was lovely and of generous proportions. Whilst the area is quaint and a mere 5 minutes from the ski lift, there are no bars, 1 pizza restaurant and one steakhouse. The bar in the hotel is a lovely cosy place where I would have wanted to while away the evenings having filled my stomach with the free buffet at...

"The property is located in the most stunning area, within the foothills of Mont Blanc. You will not be disappointed with the view from the hotel, or the pool. We paid slightly more for a mountain view room which was impeccable.
Hotel boasts complementary kids room with toys, foosball table, pool table, arcade games, a gym, the pool, sauna & jacuzzi.
We decided to add breakfast both mornings which was really well stocked & free for our 3 year old & baby, it was €18 for adults.
There's a shuttle from the hotel into Chamonix which we didn't use as we had our car, it's around a 5km drive and parking is fairly cheap on an evening.
We didn't eat at the hotel on an evening as we arrived late one day, and there was only a BBQ option for the other night which we thought was pricey at €42 for adults, especially as I am vegetarian & there was no al la carte option.
If we had to be really picky, we struggled to park a couple of times, but we were allowed to park in the bus parking instead."
"There's not much to not like here. The room and location was great. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. We had an outstanding view from our window. Loved it."
"The property was great. The room and bed were very comfortable. The balcony offered Wonderful views of Mont Blanc.
The spa and hot tub or outdoors, and provided a wonderful view of Mont Blanc.
There is a high-end restaurant with a well esteemed chef on staff. We did not have a meal, however we have heard that it is very good."
"Really great place to stay, staff are great! Room with stunning views and great balcony! Only one small issue was the pastries and cereal where a little stale at breakfast, otherwise would highly recommend "
"The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean.
Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it."
"It’s nice hotel and fantastic service. Also it’s good location. I really command my friend and family to stay here. I still think about for next time."
"The common areas are comfortable and beautiful. Great view of the mountains from the gardens at the front of the hotel. Big comfortable room. Exceptional service from all staff. I wish we could have spent more than one night. We would definitely go back "

"this hotel is amazing with access to the spa and pool prior to ones room being ready with is awesome following a long travel day.
located so close to everything and the views are outstanding. would stay again."
"Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities."
"We had a fantastic stay and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The valet parking was seamless, and having our car cleaned was such a thoughtful touch – it really made us feel special.
The evening meal was exceptional – great quality and beautifully presented. While we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the stay were definitely 5-star. Would happily return!"
