"Beyond a doubt, this was the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor with high quality fixtures and amenities. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. It really should be considered a 5 star hotel in every way possible. The breakfast was delicious with loads of choices for every dietery need. We were so disappointed that we were not able to spend more time in Beaune and this beautiful hotel. It will be a must visit during our next trip to France!!!!"

The restaurant down the stairs was amazing and they offered free breakfast in the morning which was a plus I can talk about this property for our and all the good things about it. "This hotel is the perfect spot to stay if you are in Chalon. The front desk is very helpful. It is a quick walk to parks and other tourist areas. Walking through town is a delight. Breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant were wonderful. One of our best memories will be the breakfasts both because of the view of the plaza but especially the food. We had four rooms, all arriving at different times and they placed us together without having to be asked. The staff do everything they can to make you feel special. My husband also states that they have the best croissants in all of France! "

"This is a unique hotel in that the lobby, downstairs is made to feel more “homey”. The room was basic and small but had all we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Large buffet of all local foods and so so good! Parking was very easy in large secured lot attached to hotel."

"The hotel is fantastic, the pool and the amenities in general are very neat. They offer us a baby crib and the front desk people were fantastic. The only bad side is if you do not speak French it was very difficult to get service at the one restaurant available because no one but the front decal and the manager speak English. I guess if you travel to a country where French is the first languages expected however for the price I would have expected more English friendly service. "

"Friendly welcome on check-in. Comfortable bed and pleasant room. Good breakfast with range of bread, bacon, and cereals; good coffee. Helpful staff who were happy to put ice packs in freezer. Basic but very good. A shame there's no way to make hot drinks."
