"Our stay was fantastic. We arrived after midnight and the staff were very helpful with excellent communication throughout the day to make sure we could still anccess into our room.
The room was huge, everything we needed and woke up to a beautiful view. What a great find and would stay again ! "

"So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep!

"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"Die Fassade des Hotels ist hübsch. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein und sehr abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung wirkt wie aus den 60er und 70er Jahren. Das Preis u. Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Überall Warnhinweise über Strafgebühren für alles Mögliche. Wirklich recht unsympathisch.
