The staff was exceptionally helpful especially Laticia at the Front Desk, who helped sort out parking for me, provided a tower fan as the weather was too hot. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough for me to be happy to stay here again if I had to. "

The bed was firm and the most comfortable mattress I've had at a hotel in years. Staff was lovely, location was great. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay at hotel Bernina! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The room was also cleaned everyday which was appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and shower very clean. The bed was comfy and provided the perfect nights sleep.
