Really lovely pool area with heated pool. Poolside Cocktails are excellent, albeit it can take quite a while to be served when only one staff working but they are really made with care and attention so worth the wait!
Breakfast is excellent, everything you could want and even had live music one morning.
Only small gripe is we actually got told off like naughty children for taking a couple of pastries from the breakfast buffet . . we had paid for breakfast that day but our transfer was leaving so really didn’t see a problem grabbing something for the journey, it was literally 5 mins before it officially opened but the staff member was having none of it!
Apart from that, staff are great, especially the reception staff who are super welcoming and helpful."

"We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort.
My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back "
