Se encuentra a unos tres kilómetros al este de Sahagún. Es la primera edificación que encontramos en el Camino francés al entrar en la provincia de León. Al estar junto al puente sobre el río Valderaduey fue lo que le dio el nombre con que se conoce. De estilo mudéjar, posee una sola nave y una cabecera muy pequeña con un ábside en semihexágono, arquerías ciegas y frisos de esquina. Durante algún siglo la ermita y hospital de Nuestra Señora del Puente lo administraron los Canónigos Regulares de Trianos.
