"Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning when staying in the summer. This may be uncomfortable on hot days. Overall I would highly recommend and we plan to return in the winter months "

"Great 3 nights here while exploring Salzburg, halstatt, eaglesnest, konigsee, and Berchesgarden. Hotel is Ideally located for these in a charming village with bavarian style buildings and church. Hotel itself is of same style but modern inside. Room was comfortable, very clean, spotless everywhere. Great nights sleep, comfortable beds, lovely balcony to look out on town and mountains beyond. Breakfast was very comprehensive and tasty, staff very helpful, most had very good english. Definitely would stay again. "

"Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station. "

"A very well located hotel for us to explore the area of both Germany and Austria! Excellent breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Our room itself was functional but had excellent storage space and a wonderful view from the balcony! Perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the room and definitely need better pillows, sorry! The Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely touch, as was the gift on my birthday. We visited the pool once and again, it maybe needs just a bit of modernising. Our kids loved having the play park! The one thing I would perhaps suggest is that €10 per night for parking is excessive. Between this and city tax, it added an extra €100 to our bill on check out for a 6 night stay. There is absolutely no alternative in the area for parking and even €5 per night would have felt more acceptable. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely stay again, despite my points above. "

"My family and I stayed here for one night. The room was very very spacious and had a newly renovated vibe. Beds were comfy. The room had a good table and a steam sauna. We couldn’t get the sauna to get super hot but it has potential to be great! Staff was nice too. Breakfast was €6 and I am not sure it was worth €6. It was so so in quality. Overall happy with our stay. "

"Very nice hotel, great spa. Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians. It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab. "

"Our stay at the beautiful 16th century Der Schlosswirt zu Anif was lovely. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Kahlil (apologies for incorrect spelling of your name) who was very helpful on our arrival and during our stay. Being such an old historic building, with solid old oak floors all over, it creeks and cracks when you walk across your room which in the day is charming but at night you will wake your sleeping partner. That aside, the place is true to its age and history and as it should be. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable along with the big fluffy pillows. We used the sauna which was lovely and then braved the outdoor pool which was chilly initially but once in and swimming the chill wore off. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was delicious and exquisitely presented. With local wine suggestions from Kahlil that complemented our meal. Equally breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of options for continental or a menu for cooked dishes as well. We would recommend for a nostalgic experience, be aware that there are many taxidermy animals around the building, which didn’t bother us."

"Newly refurbished Henri Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast. Good location. Stayed Henri Hotel in Berlin several times and wouls definitely stay at Kitzbühl again. Great deal for what you get! Spa, indoor lap pool, Sauna and Steam. Afternoon Brotzeit!"

"The room was advertised as sleeps three. Husband and I barely fit in the double bed (think US double). The room is great for one person or two small. The staff are very friendly, the surroundings beautiful. Highly recommend but check bed situation for sure. Also no air conditioning, just chilled air. Was very warm till outside cooled off and we could open windows. "
