Arrived, really cold room, around 15-16 degrees according to my best guess, no warmwater when I wanted to take my shower in the morning. When I explain and ask for compensation when checking out, the person had no authority and left a message to the manager / owner and promised that he should call me back same day. 4 days later still no call.. I had no car, but public transportation was easy with 123 or 141 bus and i loved being on the green B line, excellent access to everything.
