"Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed."

"We arrived early and the friendly front of house staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were checked in and supplied with a cot very quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a free (nonalcoholic) mini bar which was restocked each day, that was a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment. Handy onsite parking, although expensive for guests. Bed was large and comfortable - overall very happy. "

"We stayed in the Junior Suite. Room was very large, nice furnishings and bathroom, all clean. Only complaint was that it was a bit too dark during the day and that some things were broken/nearly broken, like the room’s door handle and one of the blinds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at reception, the breakfast service and the restaurant, which we both used. The breakfast service was great and dinner even better – wonderful set menu and actually quite good value given the quality of food and presentation. But the stand out was the hotel’s grounds. Surrounded by nature and set within a small valley, it really is beautiful. Given the area is great has many great walking routes, I’d really recommend visiting L.A., especially if you appreciate nature and natural beauty! "

"Nicely renovated older hotel in the centre of the village. Bathroom was dated but was clean. The breakfast was basic but was good and inexpensive. No airco in this hotel, so it may get hot."

"Sauber, freundlich, modern. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und auch einigen täglich wechselnden Komponenten. Wir haben im Parkhaus Tivoli geparkt, kostet 5€/24h und beinhaltet Park&Ride-Ticket in die City und zurück für 5 Personen. Haltestelle 2 min vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen! "

"We recently stayed here for one night and were quite pleased. We stayed in an updated room which was very clean and spacious. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful, I didn’t get his name unfortunately. There is limited parking on site, but plenty of other parking nearby as there are quite a few shops in the area. There is also a Tesla charger less than 1 minute away. "
