"This approaches a contactless, minimalist hotel. Check-in is through an ATM-like computer interface. I had my reservation details, emails, and codes and checked in quickly and without incident. However, two other parties were left outside for 15+ minutes, calling on multiple cell phones, yelling in German.

"I stayed one night with my wife who is using a wheelchair. This hotel was recommended by our son and was in all aspects perfect. We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the river, absolutely no problem with the wheelchair, and an excellent breakfast. We could park just a few steps from the building. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay."

Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."
