Airconditioning, the size of the room, and the bathroom are all very good. The location is close to the river and is quiet, ideal for a good night sleep!

Highly disappointed that they wouldnt make an acception for trying to cancel within an hour of booking. Will never be staying here again after seeing how management treats mistakes that can fixed simply"

"It is a very nice hotel concept! Beautiful architecture. The space in the room is well used. But the floor in and near the bathroom can be cleaner. Also, the terrace cannot be used in the evenings, we were not told about it, there was no information on the wall. So it was a bit awkward when the bar owner asked us to leave. "

"The location of the hotel is very bad and feels completely unsafe. There are thousands of homeless people and drug users around. We will never choose this place again. We didn’t experience any issues inside the hotel itself. The breakfast was nice, but we were not satisfied due to the surrounding area."

"Hotel is only 3 minutes' walk from the Frankfurt main train station & the main station is only 15 minutes from Frankfurt airport by subway line S9. Neighbouring Kaiser Strasse is full of restaurants with different nationalities. There is famous Studel Musem, with an extensive art collection, 15 minutes' walk from the hotel across river Main. The location cannot be any better. The hotel itself needs a bit of facelift & updates though.
