"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
