"The hotel is ok and so is the service but on the clear negative is that our room was dirty and there was no gym despite saying so in the description. The restaurant is a good plus, if you stay here we would recommend eating here. Overall we would rate this as a three star hotel "

"Great value and a truly beautiful lobby with rose colored granite. You can find the same granite in the bathrooms.
After talking to the receptionist he explained that it posed some problems for renovations as they can no longer source the same color. I hope they keep it!
The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and beautiful.

"Clean and spacious. Excellent food in the restaurant. Beds were fine, but the pillows are very thin and there were no extra pillows for more neck support. Breakfast 630-930 and checkout at 1000 is quite early I think, would have been nice if we could eat and leave an hour later."

"Very clean and brand new hotel! It feels like home and for the first time I have slept well in hotels because of the mattress. I have to admit that this property better than most of the three or four stars hotel. The biggest and only drawback of this hotel is that is located middle of an industrial area where city connection is a bit difficult. However, nearby there is a train station 'Melsdorf' where it makes travelling quite easier. "

The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the customer. This needs to change! "
