"Very nice spot next to some great restaurants (Soda Sanchez particularly). It’s pretty and decorated nicely. Came here with my girlfriend for 3 days. The nook upstairs is wonderful and so are the staff. It’s gated for security and has really good coffee for guests- for free! Would come back again."

"This place is amazing. So cool, boutique, unique, and posh yet understated. We loved our bungalow and would definitely recommend it. Plus, the on-site bar and restaurant was great! All in all a fantastic stay!"

"We stayed 4 nights, 5 days at Golden Pineapple and wish we never had to leave. We felt right at home the whole time, from the minute Marlon picked us up from SJO. Marlon, Pablo, and Leo were seriously so sweet, friendly, and attentive the whole time. The property is beautiful and well maintained daily. If you choose to stay and relax the whole time you absolutely could with no complaints. They also help you accommodate any excursions or beach days if you like and will take you there for an extra cost. The food is delicious, you can choose to dine at their outdoor restaurant or room service. Everything we tried was amazing and the prices were fair. Gracias por todo! "We had a wonderful week long stay at Shana. Our 7 year old daughter had a blast at the pool and the beach nearby (hotel has direct access). We saw so much wildlife right from our balcony! Staff were very nice and helpful and assisted us with making plans in the area. Shana also set us up with transportation to/from the airport. We appreciated the hospitality!"

"Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. They had pre prepared cocktails for us, a eucalyptus wet towel, and went over their amenities and services they provide. The room was very spacious, clean, incredibly comfortable .pool was great. We saw about a dozen spider moneys in the trees 20’ from the pool area. Restaurant service was top notch and the food was delicious. Breakfast was 10/10! Highly recommend. I would absolutely go back. They also provide free shuttle service to Manuel Antonio park and the beach every hour of the day "

"Monkeys right outside was fun! Pool/swim up bar was nice. This place is right next to the entrance to MANP so that was great! Spa was Great! I had a massage two days in a row because of a very sore neck! Andrea was great! We stayed in the Ballena suite, which was wonderful! The burgers at the restaurant were the size of my son’s head! The sushi was great too! Everyone was very helpful! If you go during the rainy season, know that it rains a lot and some of the stairs get very slippery! I was hanging onto the railing and I still slipped and fell. I was fine, but just a heads up that when it rains it POURS and the floors are very slippery so be careful! Highly recommend this place!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious—we had to try a few dishes after reading so many great reviews from previous guests. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin; we could hear conversations and coughing from the room next door, as well as some noise from outside. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park. Overall, a great visit. Thank you again for your hospitality!"

"Very nice ecology minded hotel. The grounds are great. It has quirky architecture, the staff are friendly and helpful The site view has a stunning viewpoint where u can enjoy the sunset The only criticism is that site is not practical for moving luggage from the car park to the room"

"When we pulled up to the Jungle Beach Hotel we found a charming hotel carved into the jungle We awoke to howler monkeys in the trees and watched deer and capuchin monkeys from the pool and outdoor dining area. Truly Costa Rican Magic!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating to our late check in and the service was incredible. We were immediately greeted and given a map of Quepos along with the knowledge of everything that was around. Drinks were amazing and the constant wildlife present at our stay made it that much more special. The treetop canopy did have an uphill walk to get to, but it was so worth it as our room and balcony was right in front of a scarlet macaw nest. Our room was clean and beautiful! When looking for excursions, staff was incredibly knowledgeable of everything to do nearby and even booked it for us! An incredibly unique stay with above and beyond service and beauty, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Pura Vida"

"This hotel definitely has the best views in Manuel Antonio. The sunset and the view of the ocean were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend eating dinner at the hotel restaurant during sunset. We were on the top floor with ocean view and it was stunning. The only issue was that the elevator would go up to our floor but it wouldn’t go down. We didn’t mind walking down the stairs but it was tough when we were going to check out and had to carry our luggage. "
