Family room was quite small with not much room for bags. Kettle and microwave provided, a toaster would’ve been very handy though.

"It took a really really long time (almost 1 day) to heat up the house from 16 deg C to 24 deg C. It was so cold that we all wore winter jacket in the house. There were no blinds in the bathroom. It will be great to have blinds so that we don't need to worry about anything during the shower. But the house is spacious and the location is great. "

We also had a personal electric heater in our bedroom. The staff were very helpful and let us leave luggage in their store room on the arrival and departure days.
