THe walker track outside the lake is very nice and fresh but no duck catching is permitted. The swimming pool is very nice . checkout extension allowed but it was foolly bookered for next day so they dont allow me to extend one more day. "

"Walking track along the lake is very nice. Breakfast was ok but not as good as it is at other Pullman hotels in China. The pool was nice and clean but the locker room to the pool was not that clean. It is kindof near to the train station and INTIME mall. Some of the items typically on room service or in the restaurant were currently out of stock. The toilet malfunctioned while staying here, so maintenence had to fix it. It was a nice stay overall. It was some good and it was some so-so but...

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."
