"A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"

Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! The pool was peaceful and not over crowded, always able to get beds, and complimentary towels.
The room wasn’t very big, but enough space for us to relax. It was very clean and tidied each day.
Breakfast has lots of options in the buffet and you can sit looking at the view of the lake.
The gym is small and outdoors with some cover so no AC, also overlooks the lake.
The town center is a 15-20min walk away so this area is much quieter and too busy.
Only downside was the gardeners were in during our 3 day stay so always leaf blowers and hedge cutters making noise. "
