"Enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is the spa. We arrived for our booked time and the hot tub was full of people. Bottles and drinks round the edge order both the tub and the pool. Same people were will there when we left two hours later. It’s a bit too much of a party atmosphere to be relaxing. Plus I didn’t appreciate all the dirty glasses and bottles round the pool. Otherwise there are some good amenities "

"First off, Hotels.com advertised the room as having a shower while the kitchen area was labeled as "shared"; it did NOT say "shared kitchen, shared bathroom".
Positive:
-The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable.
-Large parking lot.
Negative:
-Expensive, even considering it's an expensive town! Airbnb cost the same per night.
-Bedsheets and towel cost almost three times as much as what it usually cost at a hostel.
-Awful, hard, beds that left me with back pain. Bunk beds with no spring...

"The visit to the Farmlodge was something special for the whole family. This was undoubtedly one of the better B&Bs I have been to through many years of traveling. Nice family that you get close to. New nice rooms. Really really nice to have all the animals this near. Nice and good dinner in the evening. Really recommend this place for both solo travelers (who likes animals) and families. "

"We picked this property randomly as a stopover on a long road trip and were only looking for a clean bed. Instead we got a lovely setting, kind and hospitable hosts, and an excellent dinner. We highly recommend if you enjoy family run inns with charm and hospitality. We weren’t traveling with children, but this would be a great place to stay with a family. "

We had dinner in the restaurant as we had received a discount for food. The menu was a bit limited but ok. B'fast was good even if did not have a massive choice. The staff was friendly and the location is walking distance to the harbour and centre of town plus there are a few parking spaces. "
