"Super clean, big room, nice staff. Residential neighborhood so a 10 minute walk to the center. Not in the heart of things and no lobby as it is kind of an "apart-hotel" but the size, cleanliness and price made it a pleasant, memorable stay. Staff was super kind and welcoming. Note that there is not a 24 hour front desk but access and check in was super easy. "

"The only thing is that due to its location the parking is complicated and smelly, we just left the car in there to the last day. The breakfast buffet was just good, but they don’t clean the used tables, so we moved the dirty dishes ti another table to be able to seat where we want, and you need to ask for juice etc; the staff were good and nice, but what happen is that there’re only two workers; they moved fast and wanted to help everyone but there were much of guest for only two staff. On the other hand Marea Alta has great menu and the staff was very professional and friendly; the paella was exquisite, I recommend it. "

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, son un equipo de personas que ayudan en todo lo que necesites, aconsejan sitios para ir y lugares para comer siempre con una sonrisa y una simpatía impresionante. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel and was even lucky enough to get a balcony room. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable - no complaints. Both the reception- and cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. Because of this, the good location and the fact that they are dog friendly, we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santander."

"Lovely hotel just out of Santander in a reasonably sized village. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries all close by. Several sandy beaches within walking distance. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con was powerful. We stopped here the night before we were due to catch the boat from Santader. Would happily stay here agin."
