"Lovely and clean hotel, a bit remote but fine if you drive there, think it was mostly truckers staying, but definitely never had that rough truck stop feel about it, would definitely stay again"

"Great location for travelling north, although a busy truck stop & service area, the hotel & restaurant are great and serve there purpose well.
Also dog friendly.
An outside dining area would make it perfect."

"The hotel is lovely. However, the location is extremely remote — it is not “minutes from everything” as they describe on their website. There is no car service or restaurants, or humans near by. There is literally nothing close to it — so not recommended for solo travelers & you definitely should not go without a car! To get anywhere costs at least €70++. The dining on property is limited — in lieu of the extravagant tasting menu at the Michelin rated restaurant which I’m sure is great, the...

"Hotel was nice, easy check in but really Really small town, there’s nothing to do. I was there for business meetings, I had to go to Bilbao for having fun "

"Small town but enough for all your needs.
Service was excellent, friendly, would definitely visit again."

"Óscar, the owner was a wonderful host. He prepared a great breakfast for us and showed us his pride and joy…the hotel he built room by room while he worked full time as a mechanic. "

"Owner is wonderful! They acommodated our late arrival graciously. Place was super clean and only 15 mins from Pamplona! Great place to stay! Would happily stay there again!"

"After a 7 hour drive we tried to book in for our three day stay. The Host started to book us in but stopped when he saw we had brought Water and Food with us. Although we tried to explain my partner was diabetic and I had only one kidney which meant we needed food and our own food. By this time it was 7.30pm and we were tired after a 7 hour drive from Andora and finally found a hotel 8 miles away at &,35pm.

"I have walked on Camino three times. This was the best hotel so far. Very clean and very modern room in an old city. I would stay here again if I have a chance (hopefully). "

"Amazing hotel in the middle of the old town. Great location, staff were friendly and spoke English very well . Bed very comfortable. They even delivered our bags to our room. The receptionist was able to offer good directions and a map. Dinner was great. Highly recommended. "

The dining on property is limited — in lieu of the extravagant tasting menu at the Michelin rated restaurant which I’m sure is great, the only option to eat dinner was room service. Despite having another bistro on site, it apparently was only for aesthetics. The room was beautiful & comfortable. Somehow I ended up waking with bug bites in the morning all over my arms — which is hard to say came from the room but since that’s where I was for the day & night, because I had no where to roam — one can only assume. The staff was nice & if you want complete peace & quiet, this is the place for you!"

"My daughter and I stayed here one night. The place is a totally charming retreat in a quiet village. The owner is a very kind lady. The food at the restaurant was excellent."
"The room was spacious and towels plentiful and an actual grown up size. Laminate flooring in room could do with someone spending half an hour to fix it. Restaurant was cheap but disappointing. Skipped breakfast and got on the road."

"Oscar speaks no English, but that was NO problem. Very accommodating and funny. We would have spent more time, but schedule did not allow.
Breakfast was ready for us in the morning, and all the coffee we wanted.
Old world charm, and very nice. Oscar truly was a great host. "
"Let me start by saying very clearly that I really dislike giving a bad review. I also don’t like moaning people who complain about the small things in their stay.
This is a great hotel and building. They are lovely rooms. Clearly considered and classy renovation. Faultless in that respect.
Restaurant was good but very limited choice. If staying more than 1 night I would have struggled to eat there each night. A little remote for other dining options.
Our issue and subsequent rating is with the noise! We had a 1st floor room and there were people staying above us. You could hear every movement and every single noise. As it’s a conversion the creaking is constant.
We didn’t sleep well at all. One of the worst nights sleep in a hotel I have had. Never again. After an 8 hour drive to get there and then another 5 hour drive the next day, it was a bit of a disaster!
Such a pity considering the actual hotel and decor and renovation were fantastic.
Maybe go and have dinner there but don’t book to stay!"
