We had to switch rooms 3 times due to the awful conditions of the rooms and particularly the very old red carpet flooring, that was ripped in numerous places. Horrible smell in the rooms. Also, they never offered a refund of any type to accommodate us for our discomfort. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The staff however, was very nice and tried to fix the hotel’s numerous failures. "
