"Excellent hotel. Very quiet when you close the windows and great to see what is going on in the pedestrian areas when you open the windows. Bathroom is big!!! In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch. "

"The hotel was in the Old Town so was a great location for exploring. In the room you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was great, really clean and spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel, there was even a lift!!"

"I'd like to give this a higher review but unfortunately I had a couiple things stolen from me. Luckily they were expendable, including some hair gel and a full bag of walnuts, but it makes me wodner what worse could have happened if I had left my passport of wallet out, or did not bring a padlock with me for my locker. Made me not feel very great. However, the laundry service, staff (shoutout Eliot), free breakfast, and loung area made up for this fault. It is also near El casco viejo, but it requires a good walk up a hill. But grocery storee is nearby which is super appreciated. Bring your own towel because you have to rent one here."

"Absolutely loved our stay, clean and comfortable. Some noise from the street as expected. The walls are thin so could hear "adult time" from the room next door. Luckily it did not go on all night, but someone was being very naughty (judging by the spanking that was going on.)"

"My room was cute, clean and the AC worked!!!! The staff was friendly and informative. As a solo woman traveller, it was easy to pop around to have a bite to eat and drink and I felt safe. Cosco Viejo was super lively. It was loud until late into the night and in the morning the trucks cleaning the streets and the bar clean up - glass/keg disposal etc woke me up ... but for me... it was an opportunity to get up and get going. However, I did appreciate the ear plugs they provided. If you have mobility issues, this may not be your place as cars are not allowed in the Old Town and there is not an elevator...but I would stay here again and again! "

"Absolutely fabulous location. Couple of minutes walk to the piazza. The underground is less than a minute walk. Lots of bars and food places. The hotel is spotless. Staff are lovely. And that bed. Oh my word, I wanted to take it with me to the next hotel! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not for the faint hearted though! "
